Managing Director of DAWN and Dawncast
The Managing Director will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working Days and a senior member of staff will investigate the complaint and contact you within a maximum of 10 working days with a response and any proposed course of action.
This is the final step in the complaints process and there is no further appeal against the company’s response after reaching this stage. You can escalate matters to the Australian Press Council at https://www.presscouncil.org.au/making-a-complaint/.
